This is a monthly payment to license artwork from the Eastern Christian Bulletin Service to use for Sunday Bulletin covers.  They are PDF files that will be shared via DropBox link when this product is purchased.  Parishes then download the file and can use it for email distribution, website publication, or to print as many copies as they want.
