Based on our success with the lecture programs of Metropolitan Kallistos and Archimandrite Robert Taft, OLTV is undertaking several other new video programs. Some are theological lectures while others are converting our most popular educational books into CD and DVD media. The new programs can serve as a wonderful parish retreat during Lent and include the following:
- Lectures Light & Life Seminar: Eucharist, Sacrament of the Kingdom. This series of 6 lectures by Father David Anderson were recorded at a seminar given by St Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Mission in Raleigh, NC.
- Involuntary Sin: Reflections on the Fathers. Seven lectures by Father Maximos of Holy Resurrection Monastery on involuntary sin and reflections on St Augustine, St Maximos the Confessor, St Dionysius, St John of Damascus, and some practical applications of Eastern Christian teaching.
- Light & Life Seminar: Baptism, Sacrament of New Creation. This series of 6 lectures by Father David Anderson were recorded at a seminar given by St Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Mission in Raleigh, NC.
- Heaven on Earth: Inner Meaning of the Eucharist. This program of 6 talks will be presented by Metropolitan Kallistos based on his lectures at Oxford University over the years.
- Audio/Video Books Eastern Christianity: The Byzantine Tradition. This book by Father Lawrence Cross gives a simple but in-depth explanation for all to better understand the liturgy, sacraments, spirituality, and other traditions of the Eastern Orthodox and Eastern Catholic Churches who follow a byzantine tradition.
- Image, Symbol, Mystery: The Sacraments of the Eastern Church. This book by Father Lawrence Cross and Professor Joseph Leach discusses the theological basis for the sacraments of the Church from an Eastern perspective but for Western understanding.
- Liturgy: Icon of Prayer – Model for Life. This series of recordings are the spiritual reflections of Archimandrite Robert Taft, SJ, for a retreat of seminarians he recently directed.
